15. Google API Research Tools
Agentic Technologies provides domain and content research tools that use Google Ads keyword discovery and search-demand metrics and public YouTube video search. A Google Ads connection is optional and requires the account holder's authorization. Where separately configured and authorized, Google Search Console supplies search-performance data for the specific website property selected by the user.
Data accessed and purpose. The Google Ads research integration reads accessible account identifiers, account names and status to select an authorized research account, and retrieves keyword ideas, historical search-demand metrics and related research results. It sends the user's research phrases, country and language to the relevant API. It does not create campaigns, change budgets, place advertisements, or access Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. Public YouTube search retrieves video titles, channel names, publication dates and video identifiers. An optional Search Console connection reads query and page performance, including clicks and impressions, for the authorized property.
Storage and access. In the current local research tool, authorization credentials and refresh tokens are encrypted on the operator's device. Keyword results may be cached locally or saved in user-requested research reports. Search Console reports may contain website query and performance information and are handled as private research data. We retain credentials while the connection is in use; the account holder can revoke access through Google Account connections and request removal of retained connection data or research reports by emailing our app support contact.
Sharing and limited use. Research requests and authorization credentials are transmitted to Google as required to authenticate and perform the requested API operations. Private connected-account data is not supplied to other keyword providers or AI services by this research integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Access by personnel is limited to authorized operation, user-requested support, security needs or legal obligations. Agentic Technologies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
